We begin with an in-person consultation at your property. During this visit, we evaluate your project, discuss your goals, and provide a detailed estimate based on your needs and site conditions.

Once you approve your estimate via email, we will schedule a time to meet for:

• Final contract execution 
• Deposit collection 

This locks your project into our system and allows us to begin the next phase.

Within 30 days of acceptance, we begin critical preconstruction work, including:

• Underground utility locating 
• Researching property for easements (fiber, drainage, etc.) 
• Site evaluation and preparation planning 

This phase ensures your project is built correctly from the ground up — before any digging begins.

We move into blueprint creation based on your project scope and site conditions.

• Plans are developed to meet or exceed code requirements 
• Complexity of the project determines turnaround time 
• Blueprints are sent to you via PDF email 

You will then:

• Approve in writing, or 
• Deny in writing with requested changes 

No project moves forward without your full approval.

Once your plans are approved, we begin permitting.

• Zoning permits 
• Building permits 

We cannot and will not permit any project that has not been approved by the customer. This protects you and ensures accuracy.

After permits are issued, we assign a soft schedule date.

This date may shift due to:

• Weather delays 
• Material availability 
• Existing project timelines 
• Other factors outside of our control 

We maintain communication throughout this phase so you’re always informed.

Before construction begins, we finalize all logistics:

• Material takeoffs and ordering 
• Dumpster coordination 
• Equipment and site planning 

This step ensures efficiency and prevents delays once work begins.

We meet with you one final time on-site to:

• Flag the project layout 
• Confirm positioning and details 
• Prepare for build 

At this point, we assign a hard schedule date (with minor flexibility if needed).

The day before work begins, you will receive notification that our team is mobilizing.

We arrive on-site to:

• Set up the jobsite 
• Prepare materials and layout 
• Begin construction 

During the build:

• We encourage communication and feedback 
• Clear, timely responses help keep the project moving smoothly 
• Our team builds to Above-Code standards, ensuring long-term strength and durability 

We welcome you to be involved — your input matters.

Once construction is complete:

• Final building inspections are performed 
• Upon passing inspection, final payment is collected 
• A Certificate of Completion is issued
